Return Policy
On ALL
products we have a 15 day from you receiving your order, return policy. Merchandise that is NOT returnable are, Inks, Pens, & Paint, Powders, & Specialty items damage do to improper use, used
items or items without original packaging (if applicable). If you find that
there is a defect
in a product please email us or call for return authorization
approval. Loose
items must be returned in original condition. Return authorization must be
given before sending any items back.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
if prior authorization is
not given.
Return items must be returned no later then 30 days
after authorization is arranged to receive a credit. If you are
dissatisfied with your products, please contact us via email to
arrange a solution. We do not refund shipping charges unless we have caused the error in shipment.
If you do notice an error in shipment, do not hesitate to call
us and we will rectify the matter immediately.
Our 15 day return
policy is strictly upheld.
Please open your package when received to insure you
received all items and that they are in working
order.

original receipt or shipping confirmation slip. Please notify
us in advance by any of the provided means of contact that the
return is on its way in order to ensure prompt processing.
You
should insure your return for your protection.
Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Shipping costs on ALL returns are the
responsibility of the customer.
Items should be insured for
the purchase value. No product will be shipped in a damaged state.
If any damage has occurred during the shipping process, please
contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements for the
return of the item at no expense to you, as well as issuing a
credit, refund, or replacement.

also take orders by phone if your

& Discover charge cards. If you would like to order off-line you may
do so by printing out an order form and mailing it to us with
a CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER.

credit at this time. You can also fax your order to us. If you
provide us with a working email address your tracking info will be
sent to you automatically. Or you can send us
an email of what you would like to order along with Shipping and
contact information. We will send you a total price and ticket
number. You may then call us by phone and give us your Ticket number
and Credit card information OR send us a cashiers check or money order.

using our UPS account and do not bill 2nd & 3rd party billing.
